Recently, as many of you know, I was in bed for just over two weeks with COVID. Thankfully, I am about 85-90% recovered and feeling a great deal better. Edwin got it from another person on August 8 and has been out of commission. I am hoping he recovers soon. Edwin and I are very thankful to each and every agent that offered us well wishes and prayers. You have no idea how much you all mean to us.

During my two weeks in bed, I had several appointments. I missed 100% of the appointments for obvious reasons.

If you could please, send out this link to the prospective agents (calendly.com/dansteelephd). I created a new meeting type for new agents only. Please, ask them to select the new agent meeting. Asking them to text me is very overwhelming, as I try to keep text messages reserved for existing agents. I get about 700 text messages, 5k emails, 50+ telephone calls, and 200+ tickets each day.

As far as tickets are concerned:

Please, keep an eye on your tickets. If you see they are starting to age (more than a week old without comment from us), please say something to us.

As far as emails are concerned:

The mobile licenses are no longer, other than Edwin and me. Any agent attempting to use their mobile device for email will soon, if not already, find it doesn’t work. Each mobile license costs us $800. I will never ask any of you to pay for a license. I do ask that you please use your PC via Webmail (dmproductions.me, hover over CSP Access, click on Webmail) to check your email at least once a day, nothing more.

Released minutes in lockdown (48-hours before scheduled time):

Many agents are releasing time in lockdown, again. This is absolutely not acceptable. I, frankly, do not care who tells you to release time within the 48-hour lockdown period. You do not release the time. Arise technical support issued an INC#. You put the INC# in a Desk ticket and resume your day. Feel perfectly free to tell them your IBO forbids you to release time in lockdown. Why? Because releasing time in lockdown destroys your CA. Please, swap the time, if necessary. If the swap is not picked up, you own the time. Releasing is an absolute last-minute resort and used extremely, extremely, extremely rarely.
