On Friday, March 18 at 5 PM PT (8 PM ET), I will be holding a general meeting for active (in class and/or servicing a client) agents. If you are not servicing a client and/or in a class, please do not attend as capacity is limited. Our room has a maximum capacity of 100. So, the first 100 people will be joining. First-come, first-serve. All agents will receive an additional hour of pay in your April 8 payments to attend this one-hour meeting. Attendance will be taken at 5:01 PM PT. The room will open at 4:45 PM PT (7:45 PM ET). I will lock the room at 5:01 PM and not be permitting any additional attendees.

Topics: Commitment Adherence, Priority Commitment, SOWs, Desk, and whatever else you all bring up. You can discuss anything on your mind, as all agents that will be attending will be contracted.
