Process for payroll:
- We process payroll payments on the day Arise pays us, as money is more important than paperwork;
- We do our best to get the Books paperwork done within 48 hours;
- Each agent will get an email notification once Books is updated with payroll;
- Each agent logs into Books to review the information provided;
- If there is a discrepancy, you create a ticket in the Desk;
- We update the ticket with an INC#. The INC# tells you we have escalated to Arise and are waiting for a response.
We have until the next revenue cycle to argue any errors. Arise has 30 business days to respond.
