As of 7 PM PT on June 8, Arise has advised 90% of your profiles are reset. While using your PC, if you can log into the portal and see “no data available,” please click on My Profile, then Information. You should see the option to join an existing business. As a reminder, our IB ID/Service Partner ID is 50950. If you cannot log into the portal due to a username and/or password error, please reach out to me tomorrow. We will have another group meeting tomorrow. I am just not sure when yet.
Several SOWs have been generated and are going out as we get them.
If you were in a class, please be sure to let us know too. We need to manually re-enroll each of you in your prospective classes. Until you see the class on your portal, you are not re-enrolled.
