Do NOT do this if you are in class or servicing, as this WILL throw you out of all your systems. Please wait until you are out of class or not servicing.
Step 1: Clear your cache of all time. Be careful to only select cookies, nothing more (images, history, etc);
Step 2: Go to dmproductions.me, hover your mouse over CSP Access, click on Webmail (always the first thing I update);
Step 3: Log into the server normally; and
Step 4: Ignore the security warning by clicking advanced and proceed (assuming you’re using Chrome).
If you wish to bookmark your email, you can use 51.81.178.32:2096 (that’s the direct link to the current server).
You should be in your Webmail at this point.
Why did this happen? For some reason, which is still beyond me, I had three IP addresses and two hostnames for the server. I fixed it today. I selected the IP address and hostname with the most agents on it. There were a few email accounts that were moved to the newer information. This is what happens when you rely on people overseas to fix server issues, never again. The security certificate should resolve within 24 hours too. Let’s see what happens.
